I enjoy teaching at the undergraduate, graduate and executive level. My approach emphasizes connecting academic evidence to real-world business challenges, giving students tools to think critically about how people actually make decisions.

This course covers scientific insights and theories that explain the behavior of individuals and groups within organizations. Organizational behavior is examined from three main perspectives: the individual, the group, and the organization. The focus is on building a solid foundation regarding the importance of behavioral science insights in organizations.
